Patrick launched a series with the famous secondary school - Wellington College. The goal is to provide another Wellbeing service to the 5,000 school leavers, as well as current pupils and staff.
The mental theme is how alumni manage the stressful challenges at the end of school life and into their next life chapters.
Episode 1 is with alumni Sophia Miller. She shares her own journey managing post school life stress and change, and why her mind has led her to life in Bali now. All honest and inspiring.

Buzzfeed example workshop
MMS ran a commercial workshop in London with BuzzFeed. This comprised of research and running workshops for the EMEA BuzzFeed Team – 32 people managing the regional teams. The teams involved were: Sales, Coordination, Marketing, Research and Content services.
The training consisted of:
running research with 31 clients to understand the challenges and opportunities, and where BuzzFeed needed to improve.
Organising a client panel with Mediacom (x2), BBDO and McCormick to have
running a 3-day workshop the commercial teams.
