Research
MMS runs bespoke and insightful research either individually or part of the workshop programmes. The focus is to understand the problem so that the right solutions are put forward.
Do you know the key drivers to the performance of your business?
Summary
MMS research supports the organisation’s focus on mental health and wellbeing in three ways:
Reviews the current wellbeing status of the organisation. This data can be used in the MMS work with the organisation, as well as for the organisation stakeholders to use in heir plans. The status can include: what are the business stress drivers for staff, what is stopping staff from using the existing wellbeing services and what are the changes to consider.
Creates a staff benchmark. This data can track the wellbeing status and learning of the company over a period of time. It can also be used to justify the investment of time and money to stakeholders, and staff.
Increases staff buy-in. MMS has learned that giving staff a ‘voice’ to share their thoughts drives more worker interaction and interest in the company’s programme and MMS work.
Clients from all different sectors have used the MMS research service. These include eduction, healthcare, technology, finance, marketing and sustainability - see below for a quote.
Process
MMS creates the questionnaire with client approval, launches the survey, collects the data, reviews the answers and writes a report with insight to share with clients.
Estimated timeline is 4 - 6 weeks depending on the questions and stakeholders’ time.
SurveyMonkey is the most used platform.
