We are not taught from about Mental Health and rely on ourselves to understand it. We let our mind manage which can create a negative stigma to avoid us managing our stress and not learning about it. The workshop is an introduction to Mental Health and how anyone can be mentally healthy or illness, like Physical Health. All workshop delegates come away with more confidence to self care and manage their stress, as well as others. If you want to be success in your life and career this is a way to help you hit your goals quicker.
