Inclusive Wellbeing Partnership with:

While well-being and diversity & inclusion are ‘hot topics’ for the workplace, current conversations tend to be centred on either one or the other and not them together. Corporate investment is also focused mostly on generic inclusion training and on the other side yoga or mindfulness classes.

Patrick and two experts are running a three-hour workshop encompassing four main areas:

  1. A theoretical session focusing on myths, misconceptions about mental health & inclusion and how this relates to workplace engagement and modern leadership as it is in today’s ‘post-Covid’ world.

  2. Supporting others with mental illness. How do you approach someone you notice who may be struggling with mental illness at home or at work? MHFA England practices will be referenced - what do you say, and how can you help them? The session will focus on the power of sharing and Active Listening.

  3. Wim Hof Method breathing, a theoretical introduction of physiological and mental impact followed by a group breathing session.

  4. A short coaching session to set goals delegates would like to achieve to drive more inclusive wellbeing in their workplace.
